It depends on the job. We'll talk it through on the free 15-minute intro call and agree a price before any work starts, so you know where you stand before you commit.

Not necessarily. If you're on Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard or Premium, you already have Power Automate, a tool that moves information between your apps for you. A lot of useful jobs run on that alone. Microsoft 365 Copilot, the AI that works with your own email and files, costs extra per person. We'll check what your plan includes on the intro call.

We keep it inside your own Microsoft 365 wherever we can. That way it stays under the security you already have, and your current rules on who can see what still apply.

Jobs that come round often, follow the same steps and start with something predictable, like an email, a form or a date. For example, typing enquiries into a spreadsheet, chasing invoice approvals, building the same weekly report or setting up a new starter. If you re-type the same details every week, start there.

That's fine. We do the building, then give your team a walkthrough and simple notes at handover, so nobody has to work it out alone. If anything needs changing later, you call Davie.

It's Microsoft's tool for building your own AI assistants, and yes, we build yours in it. Microsoft licenses it separately from Microsoft 365 business plans and changes licensing often, so we'll check what you need on the intro call.

No. When it searches SharePoint (Microsoft 365's shared file space), it only shows each person what they already have permission to see. If someone can't open a file today, the assistant won't show it to them either.

In Microsoft Teams, the chat and meetings app. If you pay for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft's AI add-on, staff can use it there too. Either way, they type a question like they'd message a colleague.

The questions you and your managers hear most, like holidays, policies and how-to steps. Get that one working well, then add more.

We specialise in trades, professional services and community groups, like sports clubs and lodges. If your goal is to be visible locally and build trust with real people, we're a perfect fit. If you want viral TikTok dances, we might not be.

In month one we need about 2 to 3 hours of your time in total, to interview you and get your Voice DNA right. That means learning how you talk and what you stand for, so your posts sound like you. After that you can spend zero time if you want. We handle everything and you approve the plan once a month.

You'll see your posts going out regularly straight away. Within the first 30 days you'll likely see more engagement and reach: more people finding, liking and commenting on your posts. Real business momentum, like leads and enquiries, typically builds by month three, as people come to trust you.

Our core packages focus on organic content: everyday posts you don't pay to promote. If you want to run paid ads on social media to speed things up, that's an optional add-on. The ad budget itself is paid directly to Facebook or Instagram, not us.

Don't worry. We can create branded graphics, find good stock images and show you how to snap natural, real-life photos on your phone. We work with what you have.

No. The monthly price is the price. Getting you set up, planning your strategy and the Voice DNA audit (where we learn how you talk) are all included in your first month.

We can usually take over your posting schedule within 7 days of our kickoff call.

Yes. We can build on the site you have or start fresh, whichever suits you. On the intro call we'll look at what's working and what isn't.

No. Enquiries come straight to your email inbox, whatever email you use. If you already use Microsoft 365, they can also be saved to a list and passed to the right person in Teams.
